Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking before our phlebotomist is dispatched, typically at no charge. Once a sample has been collected, the test is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable.

If a collection cannot be completed due to a fault on our side. for example, a missed slot or a technical issue with the sample. we will re-collect at no cost or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Placeholder timelines suggest most refunds complete within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Promotional bundles, packages, and discounted tests may carry specific refund conditions that will be described here in the final version.
